The San Roque Power Corporation or SRPC is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the power-facility of SRMP for 25 years effective May 1, 2003. SRPC is owned by the Marubeni Corporation (50%) and Kansai Electric Power Co. Ltd. (50%). It is a stock corporation incorporated in the Philippines, in accordance with the Corporation Code of the Philippines and the Foreign Investments Act of 1991.
